We offer a range of sizes so you can match the kit to your space and how you want to use it:
- Greenspace Haven (6.6 m × 3.3 m) – Compact yet spacious enough for a personal simulator or private hitting bay. Ideal when garden space is limited.
- Links Retreat (5.5 m × 4.4 m) – A well-balanced footprint with extra height for a full swing and comfortable movement around the bay.
- Par Four Haven (6.6 m × 4.4 m) – More generous floor area for the screen, hitting mat and space to move or watch.
- The Fairway Lodge (6.6 m × 5.5 m, 3.9 m height) – Our largest golf room. Built for serious simulators, coaching or a club-style den where you can swing freely and still have room for friends.
All kits are designed with the extra height golfers need, so you’re not compromising on swing path or screen placement.
Straightforward Kits, Flexible Fit-Out
The kits are supplied as flat-pack shells that include the insulated wall, roof and floor panels, flashings, fixings and accessories. You provide the solid, level base and your choice of door (we can point you toward suitable options). This gives you complete freedom over the interior finish and simulator equipment.
Many customers complete the shell in one to three days (depending on size and experience). Larger or taller models benefit from an experienced installer, and we can advise on that. Our technical team is on hand with installation guides and support throughout.
Practical Points to Plan
- A solid, level base is essential (concrete slab, paving, ground screws or similar).
- Check permitted development rules and Building Regulations for your site, especially with the taller models.
- Plan electrics, lighting and any internal lining (plasterboard on battens works well for a finished look and service voids).
- Simulator equipment (launch monitor, screen, projector, turf/mat) is supplied separately – many customers work with specialist fit-out companies.
