The Fairway Lodge | Golf Garden Room | 6.6m x 5.5m
The Fairway Lodge is a 6.6m x 5.5m golf garden room with 3.9m height and Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels to the walls, roof and floor. Built for home simulators, full-swing practice and year-round use. Not a simple DIY build — we recommend an experienced installer.
*Please note our flat pack kits are shell only and do not include doors. The structural opening for the door is 2400 mm wide 2105 mm high. For information and pricing on doors that fit our Piccolo Garden Room kit please visit Aluminium Trade Windows dedicated Piccolo page.
Due to the height of this building and the weight of the roof panels, we recommend that an experienced installer assists with the build of this room. For delivery, you will also need to ensure that suitable offloading equipment—such as a telehandler—is available on site.

Description
The Fairway Lodge is the largest golf room in the range: 6.6m x 5.5m, with 3.9m of height for a full swing. It is built for golfers who want a proper simulator bay or practice space, not a converted shed.
Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels form the walls, roof and floor, so the structure, insulation and weatherproof finish are built in. The extra height and floor area give you room for a screen, hitting mat, launch monitor and still space to move, watch or entertain.
Use it as a home simulator room, a private practice studio, or a club-style golf den for friends and family. The insulated panel system helps keep the room comfortable year-round and more stable for screens and tracking equipment.
Please note: this is not a straightforward DIY kit. Because of the building height and the weight of the roof panels, we recommend an experienced installer. For delivery, suitable offloading equipment — such as a telehandler — must be available on site.
