The Caddy Shack | Golf Garden Room Kit | 5.5m x 3.3m

The Caddy Shack is a purpose-built golf room for year-round practice. At 5.5m x 3.3m, it is sized for a personal simulator or private hitting bay — enough length for a full swing, with a compact footprint that still fits most gardens.

It is built with Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels to the walls, roof and floor, then finished with a sleek apex roof and our high-performance insulated roof tile. That combination gives you the extra height golfers need, plus a warm, quiet, weather-tight room that stays comfortable in every season.

Use it as a home simulator room, a practice studio, or a private golf den. The insulated panel system helps control temperature and reduce noise, so launch monitors, screens and projectors sit in a stable environment rather than a cold outbuilding.

Please note: this is not a DIY build. Because of the height of the room, we recommend a skilled installer. We have partnered with Tekden, who offer a complete installation and fit-out service if you want the building and golf setup handled for you.
