Piccolo Plus Garden Room | 4.4m x 2.2m

The Piccolo Plus gives you extra space without an extension. At 4.4m x 2.2m, it is long enough to work in comfortably and slim enough to suit most gardens.

It is built with Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels for the walls, roof and floor, so the structure, insulation and weatherproof finish are all in one system. There is no timber or steel frame to construct. A competent DIY team can close the building in to a waterproof, wind-tight shell in less than a day.

Once assembled, the room stays comfortable year-round: warm in winter, cool in summer. Use it as a garden office, home gym, hobby room or studio. The modern anthracite finish is low-maintenance as it is, or you can overclad later if you want a different exterior.

What you add
