The Insulated Panel Store Terms and Conditions

Please note, these terms and conditions only apply if you are purchasing goods from us on this website as a consumer. A consumer is someone making the purchase outside their business, trade, craft or profession. If you are purchasing goods from us on this website for trade purposes (i.e., for purposes inside your business, trade, craft or profession), our trade terms and condition of sale apply to those purchases. When placing an order on the website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  1. Our Contract
    1. These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Kingspan Limited (Registration number 01037468), Greenfield Business Park No.2, Greenfield, Holywell, CH8 7GJ
    2. All orders placed by you whether direct from website, or subsequent amendments via telephone, email or in person are subject to these Terms and Conditions
    3. Your order is accepted by us either (as applicable) (i) by delivery of the goods to you; or (ii) providing the goods to you at a designated “click and collect” location in Holywell, at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between you and us.
    4. The processing of your payment and acknowledgment of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order
  2. Ordering
    1. All orders placed on the website require that you have checked and entered your correct details. Failure to give the correct details e.g. address or contact numbers etc.. may result in your order being delayed or being returned to us. If you notice any problems with your order whatsoever please contact us as soon as possible. We are not liable for losses incurred due to an error or omission on your part.
    2. After placing your order you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming the product/s you have ordered. (Please check your spam folder if required and remember to add our email address to your approved list). If there is anything incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make an amendment.
    3. Placement of your order allows us to use your details for the purposes of order fulfilment. Your details (name, address, telephone, email address etc) will be kept on our servers just in case we need to contact you and so that you have a record of your order/s with ourselves. We will not use your details for any marketing or sales promotion.
  3. Price and payment
    1. The price of your order is as indicated on the website and in your checkout basket inclusive of VAT and delivery.
    2. Prices may vary from time to time due to changes in production costs and various promotions.
    3. By using a credit/debit card to pay for your purchase, you confirm that the card being used is yours and that you are authorised to use it. By using PayPal you confirm that that PayPal account being used is yours.
    4. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received by us in full
  4. Delivery & Title
    1. Unless you choose the “click and collect” option we will endeavour to make delivery to your stipulated address within the time frame indicated on our website (usually 5-7 working days). We will contact you in advance to agree a delivery date. If your goods have not arrived by the agreed date please contact us immediately.
    2. Our delivery drivers will only deliver to a ground floor exterior location. They will not unpack or install the products for you.
    3. To ensure a smooth delivery we strongly recommend that you are present to accept delivery. Please inform us in advance of any access or traffic restrictions.
    4. If no one is available to take the delivery of the goods then we will leave the goods at the stipulated address, as it is uneconomic to organise a re-delivery.
    5. Upon delivery or collection of the goods by you, the goods shall be at your risk and responsibility. Ownership or title to the goods will also pass at this point if the goods have been for in full.
    6. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or there are any missing items please inform us immediately so that we can organise replacement goods. For any defective materials please send photographic evidence and we will arrange a collection. You must inform us within 24 hours of your delivery of any problems or your claim may be refused.
  5. Availability
    1. We endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders and deliver within agreed time frames. Where goods are out of stock or delivery times are unreasonable then we will refund you the price of the goods in your order as soon as practically possible.
  6. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
    1. You may cancel your order at any time before delivery takes place and receive a full refund
    2. If you wish to cancel your order after delivery takes place, for whatever reason, then you must return the goods at your own cost and inform us of the reason for cancellation. Once the goods have arrived back with us in good condition we will process a refund for the price of the goods in your order but we will not refund the original delivery charge or the costs incurred by you in returning goods to us.
    3. We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for your purchase order.
    4. Where goods are being returned because they are faulty then we will arrange collection and bear the cost of the return. Please contact us to arrange a collection.
    5. You must inform us of any faults with the goods before you start to install them or modify them in any way e.g. cut or drill
    6. The provisions within clause 6 do not affect your legal rights if you are a consumer
  7. Design and installation
    1. You are solely responsible for the end design use of the goods and the method of installing them safely.
    2. Where using the goods for buildings you must ensure that you do not contravene any local planning permissions or conditions
  8. Events beyond our control
    1. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery, or for any damage or defects to goods that have been supplied, that has been caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control
