Description
The Medio is our popular mid-sized garden room: 4.4m x 3.3m of usable, well-insulated space in a flat-pack kit. It is built with Kingspan QuadCore panels for the walls, roof and floor, so the structure, insulation and weatherproof finish are all in one system. There is no timber or steel frame to construct.
A competent DIY team can close the building in to a waterproof, wind-tight shell in less than a day. Cranked corners give a cleaner wall line and remove the need for extra wall flashings. Once assembled, the room stays comfortable year-round: warm in winter, cool in summer.
It is a strong all-rounder for a home office, gym, studio, guest room or multi-purpose garden space. The 3500mm x 2105mm structural opening suits a wide door or glazed front. The modern anthracite finish looks sharp as it is, or you can overclad later if you want a different exterior.
What’s included
