The Piccolo is a 3.3m x 2.2m flat-pack garden room built with Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels to the walls, roof and floor. Our most compact kit, ready for year-round use as an office, gym or studio. Shell only — add a solid base and your chosen door.

Each kit includes the Insulated Roof, Wall and floor panels, flashings, accessories and fixing kit. All you need to complete your build is a solid base and your door.

Description
The Piccolo is the smallest room in the range: 3.3m x 2.2m, with 2.46m height. It is designed for gardens that need extra space without a large footprint — a compact home office, gym, studio or utility room.
It is built with Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels for the walls, roof and floor, so the structure, insulation and weatherproof finish are all in one system. There is no timber or steel frame to construct. A competent DIY team can close the building in to a waterproof, wind-tight shell in less than a day. Cranked corners give a cleaner wall line and remove the need for extra wall flashings.
Once assembled, the room stays comfortable year-round: warm in winter, cool in summer. The modern anthracite finish is low-maintenance and suits most gardens. The panels can be taken down and reused if you move or redesign the space.
Our customers have told us that these rooms are perfect for winter as they require very little heat. Due to the premium Kingspan Quadcore insulation, the room will keep warm.
