The Piccolo is our most modest-sized self build garden room. The innovative flat-pack garden kit contains everything you need to create a stunning space in as little as 24 hours.

Each kit includes the Insulated Roof, Wall and floor panels, flashings, accessories and fixing kit. All you need to complete your build is a solid base and your door.
Please advise below if you require Concrete or Timber base fixings.
