Twin Room Modular Lodge Kit

The Twin Room Modular Lodge Kit is an insulated lodge shell with a 4.4m x 5.5m main living area and a connected 4.4m x 4.4m additional room. It is designed for holiday parks, lodge parks, glamping sites and holiday lets.

Both rooms are built with Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels to the walls, roof and floor. The panels form the structure, insulation and weatherproof skin in one system, so there is less on-site construction than a conventional lodge.

This kit is a shell. You can add:

• External cladding, fixed directly to the face of the panels
• Plasterboard to internal walls and ceilings for a professional finish
• Partition stud walls to create bathrooms, shower rooms or extra sleeping space

Cladding, plasterboard and partition walls are not supplied by us. Doors and windows are also purchased separately so openings can be specified to suit the layout.

The two-room plan works well as an open living space with a separate bedroom, or as living space plus bathroom and sleeping area once partitions are added. QuadCore insulation helps keep the interior comfortable year-round and can reduce running costs for guests and operators. The anthracite panel finish can be left as it is or covered with your chosen cladding.

The modular panel system is designed for efficient on-site assembly. Smaller units can be erected in as little as one day; larger kits such as this typically take around 3–5 days depending on the team and site. Close in the shell first, then add joinery, linings and partitions.
