Studio Modular Lodge Kit | 7.7m x 4.4m

The Studio Modular Lodge Kit is a 7.7m x 4.4m insulated lodge shell for new holiday accommodation. It uses Kingspan QuadCore panels throughout the walls, roof and floor, giving you a strong, weather-tight building with less on-site construction than a traditional lodge.

The kit is the insulated structure only. Once the shell is assembled you can finish it to suit the site and the end use:

• Fix cladding directly to the external face of the panels
• Add plasterboard to internal walls and ceiling for a professional interior finish
• Build partition stud walls to create a bathroom, shower room or separate sleeping area

Cladding, plasterboard and partition walls are not supplied by us. Doors and windows are also purchased separately so you can specify openings to match the layout.

The 7.7m x 4.4m footprint can be configured as a studio lodge, one-bed unit or open-plan living space. QuadCore insulation helps keep the interior comfortable year-round and can reduce running costs for guests and operators. The anthracite panel finish can be left as the external look or covered with your chosen cladding.

The system is designed for efficient on-site assembly. Close in the shell first, then add joinery, internal linings and partitions.

This kit is aimed at holiday parks, lodge developments, glamping sites and holiday lets.
