These stitcher fixings are short self-drilling screws used where two metal faces need to be clamped together — typically at panel side laps, end details, and where flashings meet the roof or wall. They are not the main structural panel-to-rail fixings. Use them as the secondary stitch that keeps overlaps tight and flashings secure.

The drill point cuts through overlapped metal profiles, so you do not need to pre-drill. A sealing washer sits under the hex head to help keep water out of the fixing hole. A colour-matched cap then covers the head so the screw blends into the panel rather than standing out as a bright metal spot.

How to use them

1. Choose the cap colour that matches your panels or flashings.
2. Position the overlap or flashing so both metal faces sit tight.
3. Drive the screw through both sheets with a hex socket. Stop when the washer just compresses — do not over-drive and crush the profile.
4. Push the colour cap onto the head.
