Using the same proven Kingspan QuadCore® insulated panel technology found in our popular self-build garden room range, these modular lodges offer a high-performance building solution that can be assembled quickly on site, helping you increase capacity without the lengthy build times of traditional construction.

Whether you're adding luxury accommodation to a holiday park, expanding a glamping site, or developing a new leisure destination, our lodge kits provide a practical, energy-efficient solution.

A Flexible Modular Lodge Design

Our standard lodge configuration consists of two pre-manufactured insulated panel room modules:

• 4.4m x 5.5m Living Module – supplied with a pre-cut entrance door opening.
• 4.4m x 4.4m Bedroom Module – supplied as a blank room, allowing complete flexibility for window and door positioning.

The two modules are joined together on site, with the internal doorway simply cut between the rooms during installation. This allows you to create a spacious, functional lodge layout while adapting window positions to suit your site, views and internal design.

To make finishing straightforward, we also supply dedicated window frame kits, including:

• Standard rectangular window frame kits
• Full-length feature window frame kits

These provide a clean, professional finish while keeping installation simple.
