Customisable Garden Room Kit – No Factory Opening

This Customisable Garden Room uses the same Kingspan QuadCore insulated panel system as our standard kits. The difference is simple: there are no factory-cut door or window openings. You assemble the insulated shell first, then measure and cut openings on site to suit the doors and windows you have chosen.

Kingspan QuadCore is the heart of the build. The panels form the structure, the insulation and the weatherproof skin in one component, so there is no timber or steel frame to construct. That gives you a strong, airtight garden room that stays warm in winter and cool in summer — ready for year-round use as an office, studio, gym, workshop or bespoke garden space.

This option is ideal for experienced DIY installers, trades and anyone creating a layout that does not match our standard opening positions. Once the structure is up, openings can be cut with a standard circular saw to the exact size of your chosen frames.
